CHICKEN WITH GARLIC CREAM
This garlic chicken is a chicken breast with lots of fresh garlic sliced in a creamy parmesan sauce. A simple and fast meal that has the taste of coming from a chic restaurant

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper on both sides, then add them to the pan.
Bake 5-6 minutes per side or until golden and well cooked.
Add the garlic to the pan and cook another 30 seconds.
Remove the chicken and garlic from the pan and put on a plate. Cover to keep warm.
Wipe the pan with a paper towel. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the broth is reduced by about half. Add the cream and simmer another 3-4 minutes or until thickening begins.

- Chicken breasts 1 1/4 pounds
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup thick cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
